All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Sagecraft and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Users may post the following information on our Site:

By posting publicly on our Site, you agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

• Recurring Home Cleaning Services

Services will be paid in full upon completion.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services displayed on our Site at the time of access. While we strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, we do not guarantee them and assume no liability. All service purchases are made at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order. If payment has been processed and we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund. Monitoring the receipt of this refund is your responsibility.

User Goods and Services

Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We are not responsible for user-sold goods or services and cannot guarantee their quality or accuracy. We reserve the right to suspend or prohibit any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

Your subscription will auto-renew and you will be automatically billed unless you notify us to cancel.

To cancel, please provide at least 24 business hours' notice (Monday–Friday, 7am–11pm EST). Call us to cancel or reschedule without any fees.

Payments

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. If we suspect your payment violates any law or our Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once the cleaning service is completed.

These Terms do not override any consumer protections granted under Florida law. If a conflict arises between these Terms and consumer legislation, the latter will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Sagecraft Home and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, or expenses—including legal fees—arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sagecraft and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to your use of the Site or violations of these Terms.

Applicable Law
