Lake Harris is large enough to keep the air near it close to saturated for much of the year. What that means inside your house is that every surface which can hold moisture, does. What we do not do is the dock, the seawall or the outside of the screen cage. Those are pressure-washing jobs and we would rather say so than turn up and disappoint you. If that is what you need, a local exterior company is the right call.
