We take care to treat every home with respect. If we cause damage during service, please notify us in writing within 48 hours so we can investigate. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate damage claims. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items improperly secured, or loss of items not reported within the 48-hour notification window.
